On his birthday, nothing is the way it should be for Hannes: He's in trouble with his girlfriend Maria. Instead of having romantic moments with her, Hannes would rather have exciting adventures with the rest of the Crocodiles, like they used to. When Hannes gets his birthday surprise from the other Crocodiles – a ticket to an outdoor go-kart track – he's totally psyched! However, in a wild kart chase, Frank’s kart is turned upside down.

At the hospital, the diagnosis is not good: Frank has a ruptured liver and needs a partial liver donation from a close relative. The only possible donor is Frank's older brother Dennis, who has been behind bars since Part One... There's only one hope left to save Frank's life: The Crocodiles will have to bust him out of jail! The first escape attempt fails spectacularly. The Crocodiles have to get back on their feet and come back with a new plan that requires everybody to pitch in.

In the end, the Crocodiles come through once again, mastering their most dangerous and also last adventure – a breathless white-knuckle struggle for survival!
