Synopsis:
Enaiatollah is nine years old the day his mother decides to leave him alone in Pakistan to save him from the Taliban, who claim him as payment of a debt. His only hope, once he’s alone, is to learn to survive and move on until he finds a place to live. Enaiatollah starts a journey in search of a better life, an odyssey articulated into five stages: starting from the village of Nava, in Afghanistan, he will cross Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Greece and finally he will arrive in Italy.
