In and around Valencia MICE will soon celebrate its 5th edition (19-26 February). What began as a toss-up, a humble way to share the work of the ‘Jordi El Mussol’ Association with friends from around the world, in 2017 it has become a leading event with a fast growing circle of influence. Olympia Children’s Film Festival in Pyrgos, Greece: ECFA Award and International Jury’s Award to “The Celestial Camel”
The last ECFA Award in 2016 went to “Celestial Camel” directed by Jury Feting (Russia, 2015). This film also received the international jury’s award for the best feature film. As both best director and best screenplay writer the international jury at Pyrgos awarded Renars Vimba for his film “Mellow Mud” (Latvia, 2016). Ale Kino! International Young Audience Film Festival in Poznan/Poland: Golden Goats to South Korea’s “The World of Us”, ECFA Award to “My Life as a Zucchini”
The Golden Goats award decided by the international jury for the best feature film for children received the film “The World of Us” directed by Yoon Ga-eun (South Korea, 2016).
