ECFA Communication Survey
ECFA wants to guarantee the best possible communication among our members. Therefore we invite you to fill in our Communication Survey (please click on link). The results will allow us to better fulfill your needs in the future, and to give your organisation the best possible representation in ECFA’s communication.
We’d like to ask you to fill in this survey before 25 September. This will allow us to discuss the results in the next ECFA Board Meeting during the Schlingel Festival.

In a truly European vote, 12-14-year-olds in 55 cities across Europe and beyond have elected FIGHT GIRL as the winner of the EFA Young Audience Award 2019.

After last year’s launching forum, the Michael Cacoyannis Foundation is now preparing to host the 2nd International “Fest of Fests” Forum on 10-12th June in Athens. 
2019 takes a start as a memorable children’s film year. The first ECFA Award nominations already show traces of razor-sharp competition. 
Cine-Dance links the art of dancing with animated cinema. How do you sensitise children about cinema while simultaneously working on their physical awareness? The result is an original, participatory project that introduces (the youngest) audience to motion, physical exercise and animated image. 
What more could you wish for? Celebrating your national premiere in the JEF festival (Antwerp, Bruges and several more cities in Belgium) and taking home the ECFA Award straight away?! This happened to BINTI, the feature debut of Belgian director Frederike Migom and her young main actors Bebel Tshiani Baloji and Mo Bakker. 
The LUCAS dokt! project invited young people to document the 41st edition of the LUCAS – Int. Festival for Young Film Lovers in Frankfurt, Germany. Mentored by photography artist and film educator Urs Tilmann Daun, students got to know the production process of a film and implemented it in various steps into their own work.
