The late follower to Joachim Massanek’s “Wild Soccer Bunch”-series received the award for the best film in the 6+-section at this years Giffoni Film Festival: “Wild Soccer Bunch – The Legend Lives” (Germany, 2016).
(26.07.2016) As 2nd film in this category the children in Giffoni “Zip & Zap and the Captain’s Island” by Oskar Santos (Spain, 2016). In the 10+-section “Nelly’s Adventure” (Dominik Wessely, Germany, 2016) was voted as the best film followed by “Tsatsiki, Dad and the Olive War” by Lisa James-Larsson (Sweden, 2016).
The 13+-teenagers habe chosen “Fanny’s Journey” (Lola Doillon, France & Belgium, 2016) as their best film with Kai Wessel’s “Fog in August” (Germany, 2016) on 2nd place.
