Notes/description: Plein la Bobine pursues its development in the Massif du Sancy and extends its international standing. Regarding the short films competitions and panoramas, the festival receives more than 1000 short films from all over the world.
Besides this event, the Plein la Bobine association pursues its filmic education activities all year round. Its goal is still the same: to appeal to everyone’s artistic sensitivity.
