Digital KIDS for KIDS launches three webinars

Fest of Fests, an Athens-based network for Youth Film Festivals, Film Education Organizations, and Film content-related Institutions from all over the world, launches a new project. The digital KIDS for KIDS is a service addressing children who are into filmmaking. This service will present audiovisual content made by children and will organize an annual award and a Summer Youth Film School. In the run-up to the implementation of this service, now three inquisitive webinars are organised.

The theme for the pilot of the service will be”The life and habits of Generation Z – How to effectively communicate with Genz”. The aim is to collect audiovisual content (max. 3’) made by children aged 10 – 15, expressing their view on their everyday life and ambitions. How this can be achieved, will be discussed in a series of webinars that should give the content creators, facilitators and children festival organizers some tools to guide them in their child centered design plans. These webinars will take place on 29 and 30 November and 1 December. Each webinar will be allocated to different continents.

Webinar 1: Europe, South East Europe – Monday, 29th of November, 15.00 – 17.00 CET

Webinar 2: Canada, USA, Latin America – Tuesday, 30th of November, 20.00 – 22.00 CET

Webinar 3: Africa, Asia, Arab world – Wednesday, 1st of December, 17.00 – 19.00 CET

The panelists will be professionals with a significant contribution in content created, distributed, and used for Generation Z. The attendees will also be professionals, coming from international children’s festivals, educational and other institutions dealing with content for children. The webinars will have a hybrid form, with Greek panelists participating physically at the premises of Michael Cacoyannis Foundation.
