Notes/description: The Festival is open to young filmmakers belonging to Educative Centers from 7 to 20 years old from all over the world.The running time of the film will not exceed 12 minutes and the subtitles in English are compulsory. "There are many awards for you. The best of them is that all the young whose films are selected will be invited to stay and know our city (we will do the best according to our institutional capacities)."
