Sweden, 2006
Director: Carlsson, Magnus
Production company: The Jolly Patron AB
Co-producers: Film i Väst

Synopsis:
Desmond and his friends have had enough. They’re just not prepared to be terrorised any longer by the ghastly monster that lives in the swamp behind Mrs Crocodile’s house and that is always coming out to make the lives of the inhabitants of Raspberry Wood unbearable. That is, if he exists; because no one’s seen him.
Comments:
DESMOND & THE SWAMP BARBARIAN TRAP is the debut film by Magnus Carlsson and it is the first stop-motion animated feature film produced in Sweden. “My ambition was to make a film which parents could watch and laugh together with their children. I think we succeeded!” Carlsson explains.
Sprockets Toronto 2007:
