Synopsis:
There is a break-in to a museum at night. Right in front of a showcase with riding boots (from World War II) there is an accidental meeting of two burglars – doctor Bogumi? Kadryll and Wie?czys?aw Nieszczególny, with uncle Dionizy, far less experienced in terms of breaking the law. They are all looking for a treasure that had been hidden somewhere there many years before by Hieronim, grandfather of the cheerful thirteen-year-old Kornel Kiwaj?o. Owing to what seems a coincidence, the boy, his best friend Maks, uncle Dionizy, babysitter Joanna, and her admirer Cyprian, takes a crazy trip across Poland in search for the treasure. On their way they have all the strangest adventures in the world. A crazy comedy based on a book by Edmund Niziurski, filled with brilliant humour and sudden turns of action that are mixed with the best example of the road cinema.
