Synopsis:
Professor Lupardi has invented a machine that will allow him to control the world’s climate. Can Captain Rob succeed in stopping this megalomaniac madman?
Captain Rob is a both a sailor and a secret agent. When he is summoned to investigate an audacious gold heist he realises that only one person can be responsible, his life-long enemy, the mad scientist Lupardi. Meanwhile it appears that Holland’s climate is fluctuating wildly.
There is a danger that the canals may freeze over in the spring, and even though this will herald the rare ‘Elfstedentocht’ skating race, it seems certain that Professor Lupardi is hatching an evil
plan. So Captain Rob sets out to thwart his dastardly nemesis. But when the planet is set on a course towards total destruction, even Rob could never have imagined the full extent of Lupardi’s
wickedness.
