Synopsis:
Little Tim is not high up in the hierarchy at the old orphanage, but as he lies awake one night and can't sleep, he ends up on a big adventure in the fantastic world of nighttime, Nocturna. Here, mystical beings are going about their nightly duties, among other things ruffling people's hair, crumpling the sheets and whispering strange dreams in the sleeping children's ears. But Nocturna is facing a dangerous threat, and Tim has to muster courage to save his new friends. A poetical and dreamlike animation, which does full justice to the special world it depicts.
