Notes/description: Since its founding in 1999, Seoul International Youth Film Festival [SIYFF] has become the most important festival for young people in Korea.

SIYFF is not simply a one time film festival but a festival where young people from all over the globe participate. We encourage our youth to listen to their delicate sensibilities and offer an opportunity to think about their identities. They will learn about filmmaking and make short films by themselves.

SIYFF wishes to gather all the Cine Kids who want to communicate with the world through the media.

SIYFF has grown into a place of media education for the youth. This edition of SIYFF is offering youths from all around the world a chance to actually make their own films during the festival period and participate in a positive and cooperative environment.
