Notes/description: The Balkans Festival for Films and Television Programs for Children and Youth - The Golden Amphora, now called art Amphora – has been conducted annually since 2000, during the last week of September. The aim of Art Amphora is to unite the film professionals from the Balkan countries whose works concerns the spiritual development of children and youth. It also aims to contribute to the improvement of the transborder co-operation of the Balkans, to support understanding of the variety of cultures, and to provoke a public debate on the state of children cinema.

"The Festival’s competition program may host film and television organizations from the Balkan and Eurasians region countries."
