Notes/description: In June 2004 the Citizen’s Association VIAKULT OFFICE, Office for International Cooperation chaired by French philosopher and great friend of BH, Bernard-Henry Levy, and headed by Susanne Prahl for the first time organized an entertaining children’s cultural and educational event called the KIDS’ FESTIVAL, in Sarajevo.
Kid's festival intertwines entertainment & education, but the primarily aim of this children's mega-event is confidence building for the future by uniting children and young people coming for all parts of the country by thousands & thousands. Kid's festival functions like an injection of positive energy, creativity and open-mindedness tuning kids for a modern pluralistic society, turning forward, not backwards.
