CALL TO ECFA’S MEMBERS: POST AN ECFA STATEMENT

ECFA and the KIDS Regio lobby initiative have sent a joined statement to Creative Europe, on the occasion of the programme’s midterm evaluation. This ‘Statement for a special attention to children’s films within the Creative Europe MEDIA Sub-Programme’ has also been sent around to political functionaries, local Media Desks and various voices in the ‘children & media’ debate. (Read the full statement here.) We invite every ECFA member to urge also your local Media Desk to take note of this statement, in which ECFA and KIDS Regio further emphasize the importance of cinema for a young audience and make a call on European policy makers.
So please contact your local Media Desk and policy makers and introduce them to this document.

All members are also invited to follow up Creative Europe’s Open Public Consultation before 16 April.
